Ride to St. Vincent's\Avondale and Mandarin

Thinking of taking a ride on Saturday morning, 5/10. Leave the store and ride over to St. John's and Herschel area (Avondale) and then down to Flynn Rd in Mandarin and back to the store. Around 49 miles give or take a mile.

Thoughts?

The ride/route sounds good to me. However, we only seem to have 3-4 people who post on the forums frequently (I don't know about who all reads them). As such, I don't see how we'd get any more than about 3 people out for the ride. Perhaps after (if?) we get more "traffic" we'll be better able to do these sorts of rides.

Perhaps there will be a flood of responses from the 23 or so users. If we can get about 6 or 7 people to commit for Saturday, I'd certainly be game.

Yea, I understand completely. I'm probably still going to do it whether it's a group or myself. I have a hard time making it for the Sunday rides, she who must be obeyed, really wants me to go to church with her, and I am still having issues getting off work in time for the Monday rides, so I have to get them in where I can.

So I just got a look at the weather for Saturday. 92 for a high and some rain in the afternoon. I'm so leaving early for this, probably around 7 am. Will probably take me 3 to 3.5 hrs and I don't want to get caught in the heat or the rain.
